TurfBox is the turf management app and turf booking app for Gandhinagar grounds in Infocity, GIFT City and Kudasan. It is also the turf management software those grounds run on.
The same login also covers a cricket academy on the ground, including students and fees.
These are the neighbourhoods players name when they book.
Gandhinagar plays across two crowds: secretariat and GIFT City offices, and the Ahmedabad edge at Adalaj, Koba and Kudasan. Weeknights belong to office teams. Sunday mornings belong to sector residents. Owners here often run one ground in a sector and a second box toward the highway.
Peak hours in Gandhinagar are 6:00–9:30 am and 6:00–11:00 pm. Infocity and GIFT City should not be forced onto one price if one is a shift crowd and the other is a residential game. TurfBox lets the ground set those hours, block a tournament date, and see which staff member took the cash.
Walk-ins and WhatsApp bookings in Gandhinagar land on the same grid, so the 7 pm hour cannot be sold twice.
Players in Infocity and Kudasan get a confirmation without a second notebook at the counter.
The evening shift can hand over cash against the slots that were actually played.
