TurfBox is the turf management app and turf booking app for Ujjain grounds in Freeganj, Nanakheda and Madhav Nagar. It is also the turf management software those grounds run on.
The same login also covers a cricket academy on the ground, including students and fees.
These are the neighbourhoods players name when they book.
Ujjain is a pilgrimage calendar and a normal city calendar on the same ground. Freeganj and Nanakheda book like Indore’s smaller cousin. Mahakal weeks and large festival dates need blocked slots. The neighbour pages are Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Kota.
Peak hours in Ujjain are 6:00–9:00 am and 5:30–11:00 pm. Freeganj and Nanakheda should not be forced onto one price if one is a shift crowd and the other is a residential game. TurfBox lets the ground set those hours, block a tournament date, and see which staff member took the cash.
Walk-ins and WhatsApp bookings in Ujjain land on the same grid, so the 7 pm hour cannot be sold twice.
Players in Freeganj and Madhav Nagar get a confirmation without a second notebook at the counter.
The evening shift can hand over cash against the slots that were actually played.
