Welcome to TurfBox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TurfBox's website and management software services ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

TurfBox provides a cloud-based management system for turf and box cricket facilities. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

2. Subscription and Payments

TurfBox offers several subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise) as detailed on our Pricing page.

• Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the Service.
• Billing: Fees are billed annually in advance. All payments are non-refundable after the trial period.
• Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon at least 30 days' notice.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TurfBox and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of the data you input into the system. However, you grant TurfBox a license to host, store, and process this data to provide the Service to you.

In no event shall TurfBox, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
